Each cruise line will host their webinar on their preferred platform including Zoom, GoToWebinar and Microsoft Teams - so we recommend ensuring these apps are downloaded and up to date before joining the webinar. A stable internet connection is also essential for the best viewing experience. These webinars are independently hosted and managed by the participating cruise lines. CLIA is not responsible for the content, platform setup, or delivery of individual sessions. Please allow up to 40 minutes from start to finish for each webinar.
